Shawl Knitting Ministry

You are invited to join us for a peaceful and prayerful time together. We will work on "prayer shawls" to comfort or celebrate someone close to our heart. All are welcome to join us for music and chant, and short passages from Knitting Into the Mystery, by Susan Jorgensen and Susan Izzard.

 

Beginners as well as accomplished knitters are welcome. You will need #13 needles, and 3 skeins of Lion Brand Homespun in a color of your choice (available at Michael's Stores or www.lionbrand.com).

 

You are welcome to bring other knitting projects, or any other handwork. For more information, please contact the Church office.
